Temple High School incoming junior Daniel Moon shot a 2-over-par 73 on Tuesday in the final round of the George Hannon Junior Invitational to finish tied for 21st place in the Legends Junior Tour event at University of Texas Golf Club in Austin.
Moon improved by four strokes after his first-round 77. He birdied the par-3 12th hole and also recorded 14 pars and three bogeys.
Austin's Keaton Vo ran away with the victory, firing a 6-under 65 for a 9-under 133 total that beat out Trevor Algya (72-67) of Highland Village by six shots.
